First Peoples Community Federal Credit Union serves any person who live or work in Allegany, Garrett and Washington Counties in Maryland; Somerset, Bedford, and Fulton Counties in Pennsylvania; and Mineral, Hampshire, and Morgan Counties in West Virginia. Membership is also available to Verizon employees that headquartered in the counties in Frederick, Washington, Allegany, and Garret in Maryland.
