Fulton County Historical Society (FCHS) Spring Bus Trip.
Travel to Johnstown, PA, where several nationally significant events, such
as the 1889 Johnstown Flood and the beginning of the steel industry,
occurred.  Take the opportunity to explore the history and culture from all
periods of this city.  Bus will leave the Giant parking lot at 7:30 am.
Itinerary includes the Johnstown Flood National Memorial, lunch on your own,
a ride on the steepest Inclined Plane in the world, the Johnstown Flood
Museum, Heritage Discovery Center (which has an Iron & Steel Gallery),
family style dinner at Slick’s Ivy Stone Restaurant in Osterburg, PA, and
arrive back in McConnellsburg, PA, at 7 pm.
Cost for FCHS members is:   under age 65 $67;  age 65 and over, $63.                           Cost for Non-members is:  under age 65, $72; age 65 and over, $68.
